Since I now got access to this strange thing called "blog" I realized it might not be the worst idea to actually use it :P.

Most of you might have already realized that the PR Tech Support Team went through a restructuring process including bumping a few motivated PR forum members into "Support Technicians".

The team now contains these 5 awesome guys
[R-COM]Darkpowder
[R-COM]LITOralis.nMd
[R-COM]MaSSive
[R-COM]rushn
[R-COM]SnipingCoward

and myself
[R-DEV]BloodyDeed
acting as their lead.

As most of you most probably won't check the support forum I will use this to call your attention to the guides we did during the last weeks.
  • As many users had some tough times with PRMumble we wrote a big FAQ which covers not only the basics of this awesome program.
  • Finally we updated the PR:BF2 FAQ to contain even more of PR's most common problems. It's still WIP and will get expanded in the future.
  • For the guys running an X-Fi soundcard this thread might be worth a check. Due to the engagement of several people we are glad there is way to get rid of these bloody BSODs without loosing any sound quality.
  • These has been around for quite a while on the forum but to avoid any confusions we present you a new tutorial how to fix most of the current memory issues.
There still a lot on our TODO list right now besides the daily business of providing client and server support. Stay tuned!

If you experience any issues or problems just create a thread in the appropriate sections. We love to dig into even the worst problems and help you enjoying PR the way its meant to be.
If you got any further questions or suggestions regarding the support team feel free to PM either me or any of the other support team members.

PICNIC ("Problem In Chair Not In Computer")

I'd suggest at least mentioning that:
PR:Arma2 FAQS, installation and troubleshooting guides are in the works.

Give us some time to get it together and spread the love between the platforms' users.

EDIT: Doh, late to party.

Quoted for truth ( sorry you cant read the full post ) and small hint hiding here..

PS: I need new Chair, my back hurts in this old one....

Haha, beautifully stated.

Congrats on the promotion. And I followed your advice, checked the PR:BF2 FAQ about my problem, and it didn't fix a damn thing.
