Look, before you say anything, I alredy tried oppening the file manually, and it still didn't work. When I open it, it loads a bit and then stops loading immedeatly. Any help?

Mumble will open by itself AFTER you join a server, do NOT open it manually.

Look, I try to open it on the launcher but it does not comply at all, I think I will reinstall the game.

Check your task bar after you try to open Mumble. If you see Mumble button on task bar but no window, press and hold Shift when you right click the button. Then select "Maximize" and then drag the window from title bar to center area of your screen. After that you can quit Mumble using Server menu or the icon next your task bar clock.
