N**b tube. You shoot running n**bs with it. I have been on several rounds where all I do is sit and snipe. Once on Moskiye (which I kind of like) I was hiding in grass and kept shooting people on the other side of the river. Some were running, some weren't.

They were probably thinking "WT*? Wheres that ****ing sniper!?!"

BTW, I can actually hit moving targets roughly perpendicular to me (not something I could do in vBF2).

It's not sniper rifle, that is refered to a noob tube.
Grenade launcher is called this way. Snipers are usually just called "f*cking camer !".

Yeah, once me and my Cobra pilot totally raped the Insurgent main base and they were like boo hoo.... I hate snipers. Every time I go on PR now I see some **** trying to request sniper kit. Oooops, no sniper kit. Marksman kit then. And then a few seconds later someone else tries to get it. All they then do is run up to a bunch of infantry (not a fully functioning squad, that would be stupid) and proceeds to get killed and they all fight for the sniper rifle...

A good sniper can be a blessing for a team. A bad one is something to be laughed about.

I played vanilla last night and there were squads of snipers in ghillies making assaults on flags (and most worryingly, winning????)

True. You dont even need a sniper rifle to piss off the enemy, I was playing Gulf Of Oman earlyer (another map that should be removed) and after many failed attempts managed to make it onto the beach. Realising my m16 was useless against the 2 tanks patrolling the beach i crawled for ages and got my self ontop of the hotel. From there i managed to kill 14 MEC and pin many times more. Untill an MEC sniper came up the ladder and knifed me

It was worth it thought watching all those MEC bunny hopping around wondering where the fire was comeing from

Just wait until you get an M14 That thing is a gift from the gods...the auto-fire is great if you get into trouble.

M14 has too much recoil for me - SVD=ftw

I think that it was a bad idea for MrD to play vanilla in the first place; but I am sure he will stop running around making explosion noises soon enough.

Get the Dragunov on Basrah as insurgent adn get a civvie to trhow a grapple somewhere sneaky. Then have him run out and draw the Brits out of thier hidey holes. Sit back, take aim, fire, watch Brits go wtf.

Yeh, feking annoying if youre a Brit, especially, when the IFV has tunnel vision and cant turn around, where theres tons of insurgents..

Find you, flush you out and then get one of the boys to stab you in the back.

Don't make search for my scoreboards with 50 - 0 marksman K/D and so on...
