Project Reality v0.7 Media Update

Project Reality is moving to Crysis... just kidding! Although a lot of new games are coming out right now, we firmly believe that Project Reality is still one of the best team-oriented FPS's on the market. We never had the masses in mind, but rather the players who are attracted to teamwork, community and good times in general. It is evident that Project Reality is becoming stronger with every release due to the amount of players online as well as the quality and depth of our mod. Our next release, 0.7, is well underway and we thought it was time to show you some of the exciting things we've been working on.

First off, we have some in-game screenshots of the British main battle tank, the Challenger 2, doesn't it look good?

If that's not enough, we also have the British Scimitar, an armored recon vehicle which dates back to the Falklands and will serve you guys well in Project Reality.

Last but not least, we figured we'd show you some of the new 0.7 maps. The first, a Muttrah remake, is being built from scratch off local maps and detailed photography. As you can see, the mosque is what you could call a replica. This remake will see more APCs and possibly some new toys to fly around with! Marines, be ready to take the port!

The second map, Fools Road is what people have been waiting for, a large map forcing the British and local Militia into a ground battle. The map will boast vast landscapes and beautiful scenery, just don't lose sight of that enemy squad behind the tree line!

Its a RPG cage, in r/l its there to stop RPGs hitting the amour, there is a large chance if they hit the cage that they will just get stuck in it, and wont explode or if they do explode, they will explode on the cage and not the main amour :)

Thats how I understand it works thou, but better ask one of the MIs for all the info :)

We hope to make it so it gives more protection aginst RPGs ingame also :)

Hey it really looks good, the screenshots are awsome. you guys do good work.

i talk to all i can about PR, some allready tried it, they hate the reality of walking, LOL, they never read how to get in a hummer or how to get a crewkit , so they walk & that kills it for some, LOL.

Stunning. I was ready to be impressed and i am, its very very cool.

Few Q's - why does in pick containing 2 Scimitars in the desert, one have a cage and the other not. Just random and all will have a cage in the final build or....?

P.s the Scimitar with cage and GREEN CAMO looks so classy - dirty and deadly but swish.
