a link to Alpha Lima's Coastal Hammer map. Nice site! Hell I didn't think any mods would be gearing up so soon. But yours sounds like it will be very popular and I wish you all the best! If you don't mind I'll hang around and see how things progress. I wish I had some kind of modding talent but alas I don't.

EvilHomer--I saw you retired from the British Combat Engineers. If you don't mind telling...what years were you in? I was a US Marine Combat Engineer from 85-91. I'm sure we have some similar experiences. I would love to chat with you.

I have a BF series clan called Tek Rangers (tekrangers.com..shameless plug I know but we have around 50 members and are coming up on our 1 year anniversary in November. So I'm pretty proud!!!)

Anyway I just wanted to say hi!

Hi and welcome!
Your modding skills or lack thereof might not be as important as you think. Your history as a Marine Combat Engineer could be just as interresting to the team as a reference to what is "real" and what is not, from a military viewpoint.

Welcome to the community Sarge!

I agree with BlakeJr. You could be just a big asset as a good moddeler for the mod.
(English isn´t perfect but I´m trying.)

BlakeJr var i Sverige bor du förresten? Skulle vara roligt att veta.
( That was just some totally non-understandable swedish for you all that is wondering what the hell I just wrote :) )

Yeah, me too but my only skill is that I can chew bubblegum and whistle the old Soviet national anthem (poorly) at the same time.

Edit: damn you Sjogren! Don't post while I'm typing ......

Förresten så bor jag i Halmstad. Själv då?

Some more of that monkeyspeek known as swedish... Hardly understand it myself.... and I'm born in Sweden

Well hello everyone,
I found the link to the website the same way. I can't wait untill BF2 comes out and build my own maps. This mod looks like it will be fun and can't wait to give it a try. I would like to help out anyway possible, so if you need some help i'll try my best 2 help out.

is there a link in the map installation to PR?

I didn't see one. It isn't a executable just a read me and the .rfa file. Since its a DC map I can see why there isn't a link to PR.

The link we have to get the map only points to the place holder on this site. So I just removed everything past .com.
