Playing as a Brit in Seven Gates on the =DaM= Server, a squad mate and I grab an APC to help reinforce the rest of our squad whose building an FOB nearby the main road, so that they can try and blockade it with sandbags/wire etc...

Of course, when we got there, we waited for move orders before doing anything. It was all nice and dandy until suddenly
BOOM

And we see a black screen informing us that we were dead.

By this point were thinking WTF got us? MINE, AT, C4? What?

When we looked at the mini map, we discovered that by our dead bodies that were encased in the burning remains of a Scimitar, a small land rover had spawned... WOW...


Anyone else had something like this happen? I think I might have crapped whatever I ate for dinner when I realized what happened lol.

Yep.

Never even park your vehicle next to where bunkers and firebases spawn jeeps.



Once I saw this on Fools road - Land Rover brutally executed 3 APCs, on after another

lol! Yea I was on the helipad waiting to reload on Ramiel, and was taken out by the little bird spawning.

My CR2 got taken out by a truck spawning on the co post back in 0.75 Basrah :/

Ya, it's been my first time to be killed by spawning objects, so I'm glad that I'm not the only one lol

Anyways, for futur refernce, DON'T PARK NEAR ANY POSSIBLE SPAWN POINTS IF YOU DON"T KNOW WHERE THE OBJECT SPAWNS!!!

Odd, never happened to me. The spawn was kind enough to not impale my vehicle, instead it moved a bit away or bounced off the top of the armor vehicle.

Another thing that APCs tend to do is to slowly collide into objects, then fly 50-70 feet in the air


hilarious to see, but sometimes they'll blow on impact or shortly there after

McLuv (gunner): Ok, I think the area's clear
BrewCrew (my driver): Roger, I'll just get us out by raming this gate
McLuv: Roger that, go ahead

---2 seconds later---

McLuv: HOLY F****ING SCH*TT OMGOMGOMG AHHHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! (ok, not quite so vulgar, but this is just for intensity reference)
BrewCrew: Holy, can't believe we survived that--hilarious. (He proceeds to exit through the gap in the wall, but slightly grazes one of it's sides)

BOOM

Black "Dead" screen again.

I love those APCs, hasn't been a round in which they haven't tryed to fly without wings lol

On Kashan 64 back in 0.756 i got crushed while waiting for the Abrams. scary when your sitting waiting for your mate to come from the spawn only to see my body under the tread. a real what the heck happened to you moment

I saw a whole full crew in a huey taking off and another heuy spawned while they were going and they tipped over killing everyone. Other huey was intact though and I flew it away with some angry people.
