How to use JDAM and A10 on SP

Me never used things like A10 or JDAM on SP before.

Can anyone give me a soldiers five please?

Fly Around and blowshit up with the A10 But their AA is good. And for JDAM. Idk

kashan desert is a good map to try out the jdam, and its one of the few maps thats got some room to fly the A-10.

alot of times there isnt any commanders playing, so you will get a message from some chick, telling you that this support is not available since there is no commander on your team.

so just keep trying it, and there is also a like a 20 minute timer on the JDAM.

Ok ..... so with the JDAM. I laser the target, request an area attack and if the chick does not say that it is unavailable then it will strike? .... How long do I have to laser for? How long till the strike arrives? Will the bots call in JDAM's or is it purely human controlled?

With the A10 ... sorry I was not meaning flying it, I was meaning calling it to action as a grunt on the ground? Does this not work with the bots?

i have seen it "try" to stay positioned on the main two bunkers while i did call my squad to attack it. (the a-10 pilot was in my squad)

and when you have the simrad out just hit laser target and then hit area attack in the same menu.

i think it can take a 1 minute max for it to get there. but once you call it in, your done you dont need to keep it painted.

Ok will try that thanks. Any ideas on why the A10 might fly around the map but not shoot or bomb anything?

AI has alot weird little things that it will and wont do.

they should drop bombs, but it just all depends on the environment. if the AI dude gets lined up with a good path then he will lay down a decent burst. When i play as mec and try to take over the little village closest towards the usa main. i normally get raped by the a-10. that would most likely be your best bet if you want to see it.

but to be honest i cant even hit anything with the a-10 the maps are too small and the planes are too fast. so i cant blame the ai for not doing anything useful.

Cause in general the PR jets fly too fast for them to react.

Bots can only fire their weapons (this means every single weapon in the game) when the target is 250 meters or closer.

Bot jet pilots usually will only fire on any enemy that is stationary.

Combine all 3 of these factors and their window for opportunity is small.

I have seen some really devastating runs by the A-10 and SU-25, however.
Unfortunately, I erased 1 specific recording of a SU-25 pilot that went f*ckin ballistic on the US for about 15 minutes.
