good vid, sound quality reminds me of those old pacman games from the 60's and 70's... which i was not alive to exeriance, but still, you get ny point.

@Mora: Did you ask the assasin's creed artists if you could use there logo upside down? And he did use it in a different way than you did, Im sure. Would be one hell of a coincidence if he didnt.

The assassin's creed thing is different, its just a shape thats hardly under copyright. Maybe it isn't even copyrighted at all.

Video material is a higher level up. First it its recorded by the user and then its edited by the user.

Yours isnt copyrighted either, and we all know the logo comes from assasins creed as we all know he used your footage, I don't see the problem..

Its just that he didn't asked me or noted me in the credits.

you'd be surprised what is... If you go shrink something to that level let me translate your post: The footage he used is just some bits and bytes that where editied by someone. Maybe it isnt even copyrighted at all. Logo's are a higher level up. First it is thought up by someone and then its designed by someone. Later on its talked about by senior designers and talked over, then its implemented in a $X,XXX,xx- costing game.

I know what you mean, yes it would be better if he mentioned you in the credits, but he didnt. Like he said as well: Instead of being flattered that someone took some cool looking thing you created, you react this way. When you look at it technically you did the same, so wouldnt make such a big deal out of it

Im not making a big deal about it. His video is still live. I could have it removed, but i wont as its just a fan made video. And about the assassin's creed thing the logo isn't the official assassin's creed logo. It is used ingame sure but so are other shapes. The logo i took for reference represents the animus.
