hey when i start to run bf2 it just goes black and enters my desktop again. this didnt happen without pr. but when i have finally installed it today, it just goes black

does it come up with the bf2 loading screen when its launching it from disc?


if ur running an intergrated graphics cards for som reason bf2 doesnt like tht and will jus load the game and black screen it or load and exit the program straight away.

I think rory34 already summed it up, espescially PR is very system unfriendly compared to BF2 Vanilla.
It will demand a lot more.

Ofcourse it could always be the result of a faulty install or bad patching.
First step is to check if your PC can handle Project Reality, if you find out your system should be able to run it. Reinstall everything. Smack that stuff off your PC. Install Battlefield Patch it up with a FULL PATCH, no incrementals (they tend to funk it up a bit) and then install Project Reality.
If after this, it's still a no-go. You might be missing some other stuff.

fixed my problem

Make a backup of your BF2 "profiles" folder, delete it and try again

When i start prsp it crashes and both are .85 but mp is .856 maybe thats the problem i don't know
