I think they are only on Korengal and on the upcomming Archer as well.
Same as in MP, just a few less for navmeshing reasons.

There's at least one on the MP Basrah on the east end of the Palace in the SE corner, not sure if it is in the SP version.

Patrick, because there are but a few that I
can play due to my antiquated system, I'm unable to play Korengal nor Fallujah (I could, but the action would be start/stop and take forever...); in fact, all I can play are a few 16's (Ajad(sp?) and Quai River are my favorites. So I ask these questions for future reference.

Don't worry i have silly tactic to find doors: ONLY SP, if you can use the rifleman specialist kit then there are doors, on all maps curently on SP with RS there are that kind of doors!
But there are some doors on maps without RS
