I was stuck in some wierd bug.. thats me and my friend talking over xfire.. you can barely hear me but you hear my friend clearly..
he was trying to look for me to kill me so i could respawn when this happened...

Did you spawn there (on the balcony) when you got stuck?
Because that spawn point has its downs - one has to get of the balcony. So if you spawned upstairs maybe you "slide" into the textures of the building, when jumping down? Did your team mates see you down there, or were you invisible?
When stuck like that I press prone/lay/up a bunch of times and often it does the trick. However there has been some: "Kill me!"
I guess it is just "bad luck" that you got there that time.
Round that area there are some invisible fences and gates too. sort of "The Bermuda Triangle".
I will check that out next time I an INS on the map (if I remember).
