Is this because not all maps are naved out for bots?

There's only about six maps in Co-op mode but the levels folder has 25 levels! I'm wondering if I have a bug or if this is just how it is. I'd like to play a lot more maps with helicopters than what's currently available.

And if it comes down to naving out the map for bots, is this something we can do?

All maps have bot support in PRSP 0.87. Maybe the game mode has somthing selected or somthing?

Here's what I did to fix it.

1. You have a Battlefield 2 folder in My Documents that has your configuration and cache files. I deleted that folder.

2. After I did that Project Reality SP wouldn't load, and I had to launch Battlefield 2 to be able to play SP again. I think launching Battlefield 2 creates the proper configuration files.

Now all the maps are available.
