This is a collection of kills filmed from the gunner position of an attack helicopter in Project Reality. All the gunner clips and kills were filmed and edited by Fall (alexaus), and I did the Battlerecorder footage and editing.
This one is really for the attack chopper fans, or maybe you want to see what its like gunning in all the different maps and helicopters PR has to offer. Enjoy!

wow, congrats on finding a server that still have BR running.
that is some epic footage and editing. you guys make this look easy! you could teach most of those wannabe vanilla pilots and hovering idiots a thing or two. but i guess more skilled attack chopper pilots and gunners would mean less time in the chopper for you. and at 7:14, you know you came around that corner and the guy just said to himself "oh shi..."
you have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is still a place for attack helicopters in Project Reality.

Well I was thinking about creating a How To guide for attack helicopters. They have such huge potential on the battlefield and keeping them alive is actually quite easy once you learn a few basic rules. Thanks heaps for the reply!

Always nice to see another tight chopper duo. Really enjoy the extra BR stuff Temp, happen to be working on a project that has a few of the same ideas in it(can assure you I am not stealing) . That monster kill of like 11 guys doesn't happen very often, fun to watch!

Thanks heaps. Unfortunately the Battlerecorder footage is a bit patchy. Sometimes we find BR files of matches we played sometimes we don't. For example we don't have the monster kill on BR, just the raw fraps. And BR footage of the camera swirling around the helicopters in the credits was just me re-creating it in a local server.

Try downloading the video manually, most of the time the audio is included.

Good movie and great flying!
Im sad to see that much of the time is spent hunting other a-choppers though instead of doing what they are doing best More maps with asymmetric balance ftw!

as Sir Oddsodz once said "This is the US Military, they would use one bomb against a single guy."

Unfortunately you have to hunt the other choppers, especially on Kashan 32. Its you or them. Once they are dead, you control the skies for 20 minutes. We always mark the time when an enemy helo goes down so they don't suprise us.

Yes, I understand this is important. It wasn't meant as critic towards you, more of a poke towards the devs ops:
I spend (spent) quite a lot of time in a a-chopper my self but many of the maps are made such way so we had to spend more time hunting other choppers (who were also hunting us ofc. ) then hunting groundtargets.

Yeah more assymetric maps are good like you said, although that normally means more teamswapping. I want to use a Hind on a Russian vs Chechen forest map
