[AAR] of noobs and men

Post by -=TB=-Tobakfromcuba »

one day in fallujah west, as usually the us-forces working hard for the security of the city, the same time a couple of opposited insurgent doing their best to keep the capitalists away.
the sun burns, the mosque prayer sings and the dust blows through the abandoned construction sites.
lets focus our attention on that little incident far northwest of the city, where we have only a few buildings and that small forgotten river.
there we can see that american lav-25 torturing its engines, driving forward, backward, steering hard right and left but - nothing moves anymore. :(
what a unlucky crew (no names here ;) it is, being caught in that ditch :(
not enough, suddenly a cache gets revealed no 50 m away, but by that and a the fact usmc gets control over the situation, this means help for the doomed apc. out of the river from north, a 2. lav climbs the shore, starting to cover 2 infantry squads on their approach on the cache building.
5 minutes later [cache 4/10] is down!
now its the time for the rescue. lav. no.2 flanks around the ditch with the intention to push the other apc out of the ditch and with shouts of success - got stuck now aswell.
what a mess, 2 crews revealed as noobs, stuck togehter and exposed to any enemy in one puny part of a former small riverbed. :!:
remaining squads passing by, wittnesing the most possible foolishness, making the drivers searching for holes in the ground to hide.
some of them leaving comments of humilation but not all of the team is like this.
2 bold squadmates of one of the lost vehicles moving back to mainbase, jumping into 1 humvee and a supplytruck and heading back to the accident location.
this time, with combined forces and tricky steering maneuvers of all vehicles involved
both personel carriers can get ground under the wheels and are able to jump out of the ditch. :-D
oh well, server crashed 5 minutes later as we went back to the base buts that doesnt matter, hadnt so much adventure apart from fighting for a long time :)

Because the driver was an insufferable noob :D , luckely Tobak was around somewhere close, as a neutral observer, to tell and warn us about this ditch.

PR should invest in mandatory IQ tests for Armour crews, But good thinking on the part of the humvee drivers!
