what happened? the scimitar didnt get blown up but how did the apc blow up? did someone jump in it?

There is no way that apc had a gunner.

That was a disgustingly pitiful display of situational awareness both armor units exhibited.

They both deserved to be destroyed on account of sheer incompetence.

It didnt move at all on the apc, only the scimmy moved its turret. Unless it was a setup video with his friends in the vehicle there is absolutely no way that apc had a concious gunner.

The APC had a gunner, he just wasn't looking

Apc ddnt appear to have a gunner worth a damn, turned only slightly and given he was looking forward, how the hell did he miss an insurgent walk up to the road and throw an ied at the scimmi? When apcs are stopped driver should be looking anyways. Can see at the end tho the scimmi appears to have survived tho.

you can clearly see that there was only one person in the apc. there is no engine exhaust which means the driver was not in the vehicle. you can also see the turret move at 0:25.

if both, gunner and a driver were zoomed in, they could have missed it
