is PR V being made by EOD mod team or a new team or is it a mix?

it says PR team but did they get more developers? it does not fully explain my question too vague for me

Well, the only active EoD2 developer is Trahn, who is also on the PR team. Go figure

so i guess the will just share stuff with EOD?
