Well here is a story about something very lucky to happen.
This is the story.
Well I was in this squad and we were on Silent Eagle and I was part of a squad called 'Para' and they were Jimbom (SL), [Nh] RHYS 4190, COKEMAN369, dasaeb, Spulfood187, and me Click62.
We had arrived at the missile silo and we were holding back from the Russians at the time and we were getting a bit of fire from the enemy when we were told that they had a MIG up so we weren't so worried about it until we spotted to coming for us. As it was coming we started to run and try and not die from the blast so when the enemy pilot dropped his bombs one landed being us and no one was hurt but the second one that went down a missile silo and exploded harming no one and luckily no one was down there at the time.
When we asked what happened and why we weren't kill someone in our squad told us it went down the missile silo and we were amazing and it was a very small chance of surviving it the bomb missed the opening but it was luck that saved us.

z0mg. You need to learn the magic of paragraphs ![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif)
What I understood from your story is... You guys were somewhere isolated, a MIG comes to you, the MIG tries to bomb you, the MIG misses, then you guys survive?
Wow!
About strokes of luck, my strokes include taking off a Gary 10m away from me with my last HE round, an IED missing my squad's HMMVV for about 5m, an RPG barely scratching my stryker's front armor...![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)

Re: A Stoke of Luck
I've had an ATGM launched from an A-10 come down the bunker (kashan) air-vent, into the toilets and kill me while I was hiding on the john. It was just like the star wars trench run..
