Post your and your friends greatest screw up in here lol.
I dont have a screenshot but I do have a story to tell.
It was Operation Archer on the CIA server and I was in dbzao's squad and in Mumble. We were talibans and were mortaring the Castle. Apparently one of the squad, I cant remember his name, got the incorrect co-ordinates and ended up sending a mortar shell completely over the castle itself and lands on the other side killing an entire Taliban squad all on his own.
If anyone remembers that then you can lol at it again here.
PS: I was using the name =]EC[= torek44 when i was playing.

I didn't screw up, but I observed a screw up/ massive teamkill.
Ramiel on ]CIA[ server, I was the only guy alive within 300m of the cache location so I was doing some commando style shoot, scoot, and recon. Well, there were a bunch of civis around, so I was like "Wtf..?".
Then I saw Gary drive up. All the civis piled into the back of Gary, including some guys with guns. About 1 minute later, in the same spot, at least 10-15 people were in the back of Gary, and wouldn't you know it: the driver right clicked.

Yesterday on NEW server I think, we were moving up to a compound, and told the mortars to cease fire. But when we entered the compound the last shell exploded above us , as you can guess the whole squad was dead. God bless the delay of mortar shells. Or moving into the wrong compound when a Kiowa strike is coming in, very handy!

I was playing US on Insurgency at Kokan. I had a marksman kit and was picking off Taliban in the distance when all of a sudden I got shot in the head by a friendly. How do you mistake a US kit for the Taliban? Lol.

Playing on basra couple of nights ago we were driving a technical. The driver lost concentration a bit and drove straight into a stationary bike, blowing it up and killing the guy riding it.
Also on silent eagle a guy was assigned the simple task of guarding a door, cos we knew the enemy were getting too close for comfort and rounds were coming through the windows(we were crapping ourselves) anyways, the guy saw a guy coming through the door and let rip full auto:
"I got someone I got someone!"
"Oh **** I just got randomly killed"
"ah. . . sorry!"

Point-blank teamkills are insane!
I was once playing the Qwai River map, and my friend and I were manning an APC on the Chinese side. We were transporting the Commander, and before we knew it, he suddenly jumped out and our APC exploded. Lo and behold, someone on our team shot us with a HAT kit. The Commander should have ordered him to be executed via firing squad lol.

Not quite.
We were piling civilians into the back of Gary and planned on launching an attack on their armored vehicles. Then some griefer came in, planted his IED's around our Hideout and Gary, and then detonated.

Again, not quite.
He was engaging a Russian Havok on Wanda Shan with the Chinese Hellfire equivalent on laser-guided mode and it just happened to hit your IFV. Freak accident really.

Right, right. The first one was a lock on, the second just missed the Havok and hit the tank
I know it was an accident, and i found it quite funny. I got to listen to the crew raging (it wsnt my tank)
Gotta say though, those were some pretty epic dogfights done by the choppers

Burning Sands south city region.
Bunch of fight is going on from our building to the block East. A guy calls out enemys on the road. I see two prone and pop them each with my Iron Sights Saw (such an epic kit!).
Turn out to be a friendly squad leader and his medic... :\

Wouldn't the civis get "ran over" when the Gary moved? If not, that seems like an epic move!

Interesting way to use an AAV efficiently, huh?
XD
Anyways... once I was on a squad in Muttrah. Someone found a MEC sniper kit on the ground (we were USMC) and then scoped in. One guy said "HEY! ENEMY HAT! 250! ABOUT TO SHOOT OUR APC!"
Sniper sights in.
I check the map. I didn't have mic, so I had to type it in all CAPS:
"IT'S FRIENDLY!"
"IT'S DAMN FRIENDLY DON'T FRIGGEN SHOOT!"
"DAMN IT IS FRIENDLY DO NOT SHOOT!"
Bam!
Spotter says to sniper! "Nice shot! Nice.... Nice teamkill!"

.75, Quai River. my first time in a tank, and my first time playing the mod. it was also the first mod i downloaded, and it took some convincing from a friend.
We grab the tank and head off to the construction site in the north west end of the map. i dont remember why, but he parked me in the back and got out and went into the buildings. im sitting there, scaning the second floor of the building, waiting for somthing to happen. a spot a guy in marpats run out from behind some cover and i light him up with the coax.
it was my driver, and the guy who talked me into downloading PR. i never noticed before then that the chinese use digi camo as well.

Hate to post it here, as it wasnt my screwup, but someone elses, but I don't wanna open a trhead for a short story, so...
In the NwA server, I had a fairly good round as HAT in Kashan - sticking around in the mountains between bunkers and south village. I had already taken out an Abrams (granted, it was already smoking heavily, but still) and also a humvee with them AA thingamajigs ontop, when I hear a tank approaching. Another Abrams is coming, and gets quite close to the hilltops - a pretty silly thing to do, as it practically cornered itself there and couldn't see a lot anyway. Well, that's a minor oversight by the driver, but what the hell, I guess he had his own, better plans. So I get my Eryx ready, wait for the tank to stop and open fire from about 150-200 metres. And right after I click the mouse and the rocket flies out, the driver GETS OUT OF THE TANK. Probably to kill the engines and listen to enemy activity, but I like to think of it as a panicked reaction. You can probably guess what happens - Abrams takes a hit to the turret, no biggie, and the driver flies sky-high, leaving the gunner rtbing by his own after realizing his driver is no longer with him.
I can see the driver ragequitting there, I really can.

I thought the driver would've blocked the HAT and leave the tank unscratched

I've seen that happen. Playing on Muttrah with a friend in an apc. We'd been obliterating the MEC apcs all round and our team was pretty much dominating. Turned a corner to look up and see a MEC guy waiting, HAT ready and aimed at me. Just as he fired his team mate ran in front of him, blowing them both to bits and leaving me and my friend unscathed. Twas a good round

Aerron and I running an Abrams on Kashan on TG server. Had an epic run, I was gunner and shot down a full BH and cleared the North Outpost area of armor. We're hiding in the mountains at the North-West corner of the map covering our infantry building up defenses at North OP. Then over squad chat I start hearing people talk about a Havok inbound on our position. My ears perk up and I start to scan the horizon and what do you know the Havok dives right down onto our defenses. I aim where I guess he will pull out of his dive, and there he is, I lead a LOT. He was just in the fog when I let rip my AP round. It must have taken a good 3 seconds to travel from my barrel to the chopper's canopy, even I was surprised I made such an insane shot.
But wait......how come the Havok is still out there did I not just waste that dude? OH CRIPPITY ****. That's when we realize I had blasted our Apache to smithereens, a few nasty comments pop up in team chat about "Who just blew our chopper out of the sky?". The Apache gunner obviously raged, but the pilot was too pissed to simply rage. He joined our tank squad and started asking "WHO THE F*** SHOT THAT APACHE DOWN OVER N. OUTPOST!?!?!". Worst part is everyone in the squad was laughing at my mistaken, and I'm fairly sure the pilot caught onto why we were half hysterical. I did my best to remain sincere with my apology as I did feel bad, it was quit the mishap.

Last year on Kashan, while flying an A10....
Unloaded 2 LG Missiles into SB entrance, after someone accidentally lased it.
2 friendly squads were inside trying to cap. When the dust finally cleared I had 9 TK's to my name.
Luckily I have very understanding team mates, not one person punished.
