Roughly 1/5 make it through. = the reasons for failing to come through the program and become a full member vary.
- Are you more then fedup with public squads who run around having no idea what they are doing?
- Are you planning to serve in your country's military?
- Do you have a strong interest in how our armed forces operate? In specific infantry, PNINF, recce elements, CQB, how a squad operates successfully in detail, air assaults and a hell of a lot more. In other words you will need the training you receive here in order to be successfull within the platoon.
- You are taught by military personnel and should you make it in would be serving with personnel who are currently serving or have served, plus personnel that has been trained up from scratch like the potential candidates among you out there.
- We all have work, family, vacations, business trips, exercises in foreign countries or missions abroad. If you are looking for a group that plays 24/7 non-stop then this is not the place for you. We have a couple of gatherings per week. A training session here and there to keep your skills 'n drills up to an acceptable standard and now and then some training matches against other PR groups.
- Next to what is mentioned one paragraph above we train our recruits, this is a whole different story. You will receive your briefing and everything you need to know as a potential candidate / aspirant.

I'll keep it short now and finish off the post.
Go take a look on our website. You'll see most of our members come from Scandinavia and the UK. Over time we've tried to give North Americans on case by case a chance, so far only one out of 6 candidates is still with us and has made it through. (of North Americans)
After all, you are going to depend on your buddy in any firefight and you want to be damn sure he fits in and he's got your back.
Official age requirement 18 years of age.
Waivers 17 years of age pending on activity, maturity, acceptance in the group and the correct state of mind.

. I just fear the lack of time will get in my way(main reason why I havn't applied for a clan yet), but that is not of your concern, I'll just have to make do.
