No offense but this is a whole lot of 'well duh'. Saying stuff that doesn't need to be said, outlining common sense really.

To people thinking of squad leading, you don't need to write stuff down on a piece of paper, thats really taking it too far. If you can't quickly look at the map and decide something in two shakes of a lambs tail, then you shouldn't be doing the job.
