Was playing Kashan a while before and generally I have no idea how the US team got owned so hard while my jet couldn't get a single lase working!
I've tried bombs at ~~1200 altitude - no lase, a bomb that was supposed to get lase @ north bunker ended up at north outpost.
For the missiles, I couldn't get any lase either. I've tried flying over the lase target, I've tried flying low, I've tried facing it and flying low at the same time -
- I'm not getting the lase. The only explanation I've got from the spotter was "you're shit". And I think he did the right lazes as they seemed to be accurate, appearing on the minimap, there was sending laser target message etc.
I just don't get it.
Or the spotter was shit?
God, why am I not getting any lases?

They can be on the minimap, there can be a message, but if your spotter doesn't click to put a laze, there will be no laze, so tell that pro spotter that he wasn't lasing correctly. Oh, and BVR bombs are history.

And he can't click constantly as it won't make laser stick.

BVR bombs? Could you please don't use the military jargon please If you mean that the bombs aren't laser guided... I was flying a MiG lately and there were getting locked. So.
afaik he has to l-click and keep being in GTLD mode and that's all.

He doesn't have to.Limitbreaker wrote: afaik he has to l-click and keep being in GTLD mode and that's all.
Left click and the laze stays for 30 sec no matter what (until he left clicks again...)
And about that BVR bombs thingy, before .95 bombs were looking for lases on their own ergo a bomb dropped from 2500 once low enough would stick to any lase that would be in "bomb's visual range". Now YOUR PLANE/YOU has to acquire a lock BEFORE dropping a bomb ergo YOU have to be low enough to see a lase and lock onto it.

Yup. ~1200 might already have been a bit too high, with view distance being 1000ish. Try to fly at cloud level when you're over the target area, that should do. (Kashan)
