I've had many of these. One time a gary sneaked up behind my squad and blew up. And I literally said "What the hell just happened!"

My sways had two humvees and a loggy on Ramiel. We have a pit stop, walk into a building for a second and some insurgent crawls under the loggy truck and blows an IED.

Anytime you actually survive a Gary explosion...when you should have died.

What did you record that with?

Not so much heli fail as it is map fail. As it is with a couple of maps in PR, their design around chopper pads are atrocious.

That was off one of my battle recorder files, which I used Xfire to record to be able to post it.

Muttrah City, flying Trans. Go to take off doing a sharp turn off the carrier and BOOM. Discovered the Cobra was hovering right off the Huey side of the carrier and I ran straight into him.

I had a 'literally pee my pants' moment last night. It was on Ramiel and I was on the US side. My squad was the best I've ever had. We'd already successfully taken out 3 caches on our own and had 3 left. We had just taken out our 4th cache with only one civi spotting us who was quickly arrested. It was the most quick, and stealthily full on attack ever in PR. Took us 2 mins total, in and out. As we were making our way back to base in a styker, I spot a Gary following us.

"GARY BEHIND US STYKER!!". My heart was pounding as it was gaining with our gunner not doing anything. We were at a narrow street when the styker come to a sudden halt. My SL yells at us to get out. As I open the hatch and step out, the styker starts backing up, pinning my leg below the styler. I was shrieking with pain as the Gary was approaching my side of the styker. The last thing I saw was the grin on that insurgent's face as he pressed that red botton that brought us all to heaven. (or hell)

On kokan we are setting up a fob in one of the stone encampments when a Gary rolls in. I dive behind a building and witness the loudest explosion ever.

It was on barracuda, and we were setting up defence's in the Chinese bunkers,...(skips a hole lots of useless info about before). anyway we had a wreckage from a flipped logi by one of the small inf ramps in the back, beside that was one APC, and on the other side was the other apc, with a squad mate standing between.

So we were just chatting maybe 5 feet away from each other, then I hear a boom and this APC slides over and just squish's the guy against the other APC.... apparently the wreckage blew up. Haven't seen a apc strafe....that fast.

then I got kicked for a supporting member 30 secs before round ends

I was playing on Kokan, and some friends and I were building some fobs. My sq leader was driving the logi, and I was driving the humvee with another friend gunning. We stopped at a compound to build, and instead of getting out I peek out the corner with the humvee, and there's a gary driving right towards us. I turn around and speed out while shouting "GARY IS COMING GET TO COVER" (I thought that we would have no time to pile in the humvee). It explodes, and everyone survives sans logi truck

You didn't need all that preamble! lol

Probably on Beirut flying the transport chopper getting AA lock and popping flares somewhat near the carrier seeing the AA missile reflecting to our just respawned Havoc
