Router booster
Are there any settings you can set a router to to get the best connection possible? Ive seen things you can down load like this Hack Attack: Turn your $60 router into a $600 router - DIY - Lifehacker that will boost it, but I'm not positive. I would like to learn more about routers so any help would be great, thanks.

DD-WRT or Tomato can be used to boost your wireless signal.
