Good contribution!
Mumble is an excellent tool to use. Using Teamspeak or Ventrilo is practically the same as in-game VOIP (or unlinked-mumble) and there is no significant advantage (except for locked-clan squads; however, using TS or Vent make most situations more difficult to communicate with the other squads).

The problem with Vanilla BF2 was that players wanted to communicate to other squad leaders instead of having the Commander relaying information. And Mumble does just that (regardless of clans or groups).

I understand that some people also had issues with Mumble not because they dislike it for its characteristics and on some servers, people spam music and such; their problem is that their sound card is not compatible with Mumble.

Hopefully we'll see this in the Mumble sticky soon.

i am glad that you love it mate, The point of this tutorial was so that players and server admins would use Mumble more often, because it is very useful and it makes the game feel much better.
