[AAR] This might be the closest PR round ever!
The closest PR win ever. At least from what I've experienced. Great job to both teams though in this vicious battle on Iron Ridge.
Here's a couple of pictures to recap. Too large to put them in here, so here's the links to them.

Re: This might be...
Closest win ever was on TG Ramiel about 2 days ago, US destroyed a cache but roughly 50 milleseconds before that, a Stryker was shot by an RPG ending the round for the Insurgents' win. No-one knew who had won till the end-game screen.
Looked like a fun round though, Iron Ridge seems to be making a comeback.

And the round directly before that was a 2 - 0 victory for the USMC on Muttrah. TG is where it's at these days, I'm telling you. It looks like all the constant b****ing about team-stacking finally got through, heh.
Tacs, what do you mean by Iron Ridge making a comeback? I've always had a big old chubby for that map, I've never heard of anyone thinking it was unbalanced, etc.

Atleast twice on PRT we have seen 1-0 for both CATA and NATO

Got you in here. So, it worked.
Okay, owned by the 0-0. Still, 3-0 is the closest I've been involved in, which is what I stated in OP.

I love close calls like that, you hear the siren and think to yourself, "damn, we lost again" and then the end screen bring news from above, and you go, "wait, wut? Awesomeness!"

Good old days on infantry maps (that old one, with a river along the islands, brit vs Chinese) when you had to type on team chat on all caps "DON'T GIVE UP WE ARE WINNING!!!" and have a few people actually believe you. That resulted in a 1-0 round for my team. That's awesome!
Also, once on PRTA, I think it ended like 3-0 on the new 4km map with the windmills. Some ninja enemy squad (brit?) capped a flag... they must have been "OH WTF?!?!?!" when they won... They drained 40 tickets of us, making them win, lol!

Not only THAT, but they were on the exact same battle cycle. C7 CATA won Ejod Desert 1 - 0 (I was part of that epic win), and NATO won Battle for Qinling 1 - 0 the same game. The Tournament admins brains melted that day.Mahis wrote:I was going to post that too

Fixed your thread title. Sort it out in future, you don't win points by being obtuse.

The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like... victory. Someday this war's gonna end... "

1 - 0 on Ejod was the only game we lost with me as CO.Sekh765 wrote:Not only THAT, but they were on the exact same battle cycle. C7 CATA won Ejod Desert 1 - 0 (I was part of that epic win), and NATO won Battle for Qinling 1 - 0 the same game. The Tournament admins brains melted that day.
