Server crashed, around 30 players this time. Looks like it's not related to players after all, even if the 2 first crashes were around 40 players.

The [USF] Normandy Server is shutdown for the night.

We will have it back online tomorrow, but first be must test a few things.

I would also like to thank all of the people who attended tonight and joined in, even though I think most of you joined for the fun, we got lots of stuff tested. And we have spotted a few bugs/errors etc...

Thanks for your help, and we sure are looking forward seeing you on the server again!

The mod still needs a lot of work but overall it's very fun to play and personally I enjoyed the battles over the flags at the USF server today. Looking forward to playing this on a full server or even 124 :)
Btw, will this be linked to mumble in the future?

This is one thing that we cant just do sadly. All we can do is sit back and wait for the PR DEV's to open up the sign-up's for other servers than whats currently listed, dont you think I havent tryed, but for now. We just need to wait for them to open the sign-up's for mumble channels etc..

Im glad you linked the gameplay today, and as said above we will have it up again by tomorrow ;)

[NEW] is still up. Feel free to hop on there.

If you encounter servercrashes, think about what you were doing, perhaps it's related.

I would love to help but pity that does not allow the time zone when you are finishing the tests I'm coming home from work, but the weekend will surely be on the server

When open registration for servers, we make a request, although we are in Brazil, our server is allocated in the United States.

Show Project Normandy to other players here and they do not see the time you can play. Immediately identified as that teamwork is the soul of this mini-mod, without it or you do not come out of the beachhead or loses the flags of the bunkers.

I wonder if I can also show videos on the Normandy project are available on youtube.
This is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning

Well is your normal PR works well..

What Normandy is is basicly just a map.. (For now) With some more models & factions on it etc.. So it can basicly be considered normal PR ;)

How do I even launch it? Also, where did it install. This is confusing me.

It automatically goes into your Pr/levels folder. Once installed just start PR .973 as normal and the serevers running it will be on your server list (not redded out)

It's a map, it's within PR. Just launch PR normally and join the server.

I have the same problem, damn North american timezones everyone who was testing it is asleep by the time i get home :P .
Hopefully the mod will gain some more attention from north american players.
Now I gotta wait until the weekend for some more populated rounds, cant wait :D

:D

The installer says:

"In order to play Project Normandy, you must have Project Reality installed. The addon will be installed in the Project Reality directory, which should show up in the next screen. [snip]"

Then the next screen shows the location where it installs.

I'll try to make this more clear in a next installer (though I think it's pretty clear already).
