Muttrah flag capture problem

CAn you tell me is this was a one off or has it happened to others.

I was in a usmc squad on muttrah and when we got to park flag it wouldnt cap, infact when we got there after a firefight the flag was neutral, but then it started turning MEC, and there were DEFINATLEY no enemy around, as friendlys were everywhere and we were all on voip anyway. At the point where we did capture park, the flag was 'cleared and under control' when NONE of our team were near the flag radius. Same at hotel, we 'captured' it and I looked on the minimap and not one person in the team was anywhere near it. Very strange indeed.

I had something like this during testing for .3 but it was difficult to relicate, so it just got over looked. I'v had a problem like this myself at park flag where your MEC and your standing on the flag for over 10 seconds before it even starts to capture. I think the park flag coding perhaps needs looking over or something :s . I havent noticed this problem on any other flag.

I've seen park cap itself as well. I was on a rooftop over looking it and it was capping in my sides favour (USMC) but there was nobody near it. I check the map as well and nobody was near it. I was the closest and I was on a roof overlooking and certainly didn't have the progress bar.

Progress bar doesnt need to be there to capture the flag. You can be capturing the flag from the other side of the wall and it would work. If you were on a roof near it then chances are you were indeed capping it but didnt know. Rhino tells me he set the cap distance to quite near the flag but someone had edited his map to extend the capping distance?

Well when our squad were sitting in the fountain trying to cap it, and it was going against us. No one had the progress bar anyway. rhino where are you!

no you where capping the flag with the phyton script that makes the flag radius bigger depding on the ammount of players in the server. I personly think it should be removed but umm ye....
