He resign about year ago... His clan does not exist any more and I don't think he is playing...

So, a friend of mine mesh hacked vanilla AK47, AK101 and added some of his own modelled parts and created a Beryl, even a few variants: Pallad, EOTech, "Commando"(?), I just digged it in my files, fitted to PR's AK74M animations and re-exported: BF2 Beryl - YouTube
What do you think? Tomorrow I'm sending it to my modeler, he says he can fix something here and there. I hope we can get in touch with faction leaders!

The problem is thought that all the files that are finished seems to be missing.In other words no one knows who has them.

We make new ones... We only need HMV, KTO Rosomak, Mi-17, Star, Beryl and Uniform - that would be the start that we could throw PF out in next patch.

Got a little more progress :) Beryl with Pallad, Pallad will need new animations though. I've posted some pictures on my moddb profile.
I got the uniform from these guys: Polish Troops Mod, I think they would agree to share some of their content with us :)
Antol, can your friend do UVW maps and textures? Because the Beryl I have uses textures from other weapons, it could use some nicer textures, too.

I am really glad to be reading positive stuff finally in this section :D oh god this will be great if it comes out :D but yeah as Fresz said (not I am not a modeller or anything but been playing PR for quite awhile) you dont need a whole compleks faction right away; for a simple Insurgency Map what Fresz just listed is perfectly enough; so that it comes out sooner than later :D Because I also think that once it is out in a simple form then it will be easier to ekspand it as it is easier to loose interest if you are doing something little by little for a long period of time without a greater effect and appreciation.

Guys, Beryl comes in 2 versions and we have both of them done. There is only small problem as the weapon does not shot straight.

This is actually a great idea. There isn't a need to have the polish faction being released with all the more advanced stuff like jets and tanks. For the first release there should be the:

-weapons
-rosomak
-mi-17/W-2
-hmvee
-truck(star?)
-1 or 2 maps.
- of course all the small thing that accompany them like sounds animations effect etc.

Maybe if there is no contact with previous developers you guys who can actually build this faction be given r-con status or whatever.

Iam currently working on getting R-Con for someone and resolving who has what. We are getting the whole package together and hopefully we can beta test it next month.

According to Star truck - this will be out, I know its out of date but the model is ready so it will be in first release. Later on we will make Jelcz as it is the primary truck in PF (correc me if iam wrong)
