PR Not Writing in Document Files (Unexpected Handle/Error 1312)

I have currently downloaded the PR but can't play because I seem to be missing the required .con files for a profile. Looking at the forum, this problem seems to be very common as there are multiple threads with this problem. These people are getting the unexpected handle error and also the 1312 error. I guessing that PR can't write in my profile file but I can't figure out why. I have tried setting the program to run under administrative privileges but the PR still won't write in my profile problem. Any help will do. Thanks
