Winter is here!

It's again time for snow battles: PRTA continues the tradition of winter map event.

Welcome, welcome, to the annual winter games; and by winter games we mean Project Reality's winter map pack! The days may be getting longer but we're still in the depths of winter. It's time to download the winter maps again, don your snow boots and trudge across the frozen landscape to bring death to your enemies in the form of suppressive fire and frag grenades. Just try not to freeze in your foxhole!

New PRTA server - with Vietnam maps!

This event marks the opening of a second server dedicated to the retro map-pack, which will run concurrently with this event. Look out for these servers:Modern Conflict - running the standard PR maps with modern-era factions.
Legacy Operations - running Vietnam maps, Falklands maps, and the retro map-pack.Rather than being active every day the Legacy Operations server will be used whenever there is sufficient demand, to ensure an interesting fight for those who join it.

With the long-awaited return of Vietnam and the use of multiple servers we believe that we really should have something for everyone.

Winter Maps

PRTA will be hosting the following maps throughout the weekend and all are welcome to join the fun, frolics and festivities:

Rules
Standard PRTA Server Rules, so the outcome is completely in the hands of the team.

Map pack setup instructions

1. Download the retro and winter map packs from legacy.prta.co.
2. Ensure Project Reality is closed.
3. Run the installers - following the instructions carefully.
4. Join a PRTA server.
