Hey guys, what's up? Today I'll suggest one strategy that I thought about for CnC mode that focuses on deception and would be interesting to try so it's still needs to be put into practice. Of course this won't happen 100% unless it's a match between clans or a tournament but one can only hope. As well, it's cool to try new things, so why not?
First off, let's talk about the composition of a desired team. For this example I'm going to use the map Yamalia CnC Standard as Canadians. I understand this is quite hard to achieve in practice due to players not joining squads, not following SL/Commander's orders, etc.
Team:
1. Commander x1
2. Tank x4
3. APC x6
4. Trans x3
5. Infantry x6-8
6. Infantry x6-8
7. Infantry x6-8
8. Infantry x6-8
9. Infantry x4-6
Team Strategy
The main idea of this strategy is to deceive e team in order to make them waste time and assets while it gives us more time to look for their FOB.
1. One Infantry Squad will set up a Bait Super FOB in an obvious place, around the middle of the flag (being closer to the middle, the enemy will start bleeding tickets faster). Look at Point 1 in the picture for an example.
2. Once the Bait Super FOB is up, Commander will destroy the FOB leaving the assets there. This FOB will attract as much attention as possible.
3. As soon as the Commander destroys the FOB, a new one will be built in a different area (as seen on the map as Point 2 or 3, Backup FOB). 1 INF Squad should already be there with a Logi and 1 crate dropped (well hidden) waiting to build the new FOB. The FOB and the INF Squad will be well hidden, avoiding all kinds of contact.
4. The remaining 3 INF Squads should be all around the map searching for the enemy FOB.
5. APCs will search for enemy FOB or Armor and Tanks will defend Bait FOB (Waiting for enemy Armor/Infantry to appear). If APC has found enemy FOB/Armor, Tank Squad will go and support.
Squads' Strategies:
1. Commander will be in charge of the team as usual, but in this game mode he will exclusively have the task of deleting the FOBs ASAP.
2. Tanks will stay on the half side of the map closest to their team's main, waiting and supporting the team's FOB. Once an enemy FOB or tank has been found, they will go and destroy it.
3. APCs will scout on the other half of the map looking for enemy FOB and armor.
4. Trans will mainly supply Bait FOB. They will not fly over Backup FOBs. If enemy Armor is down, they may use the Trans as CAS.
5. Squad 5, INF Squad, will be in charge of setting up the Bait Super FOB and attract as much attention as possible (popping smoke, locking on to enemy Trans, shooting, etc.).
6. Squad 6 will be in one of the Backup FOB locations, ready to build the new FOB. They will make sure that the FOB, the crate and the Squad will be well hidden from enemy sight.
7,8,9. These Squads will search for enemy FOBs.
Of course this is not set on stone so you could obviously modify it to your liking or according to the situation. If the Team does intend to work with this strategy, it will definitely be fun to try something different. Would like to know what you guys think about it.

This theorizing have no sence since you are not going to command on event. Actual experience from organized events differs a lot from conjectures you do before the game.

You forgot one crucial thing. Recon. Individual infantry squads are shit for that job. Because it's easier to detect them. And whipe as well.
Tanks and APC focus on killing inf instead enemy assets. Inf deals with assets or waits for asset support.
Your idea is nice, but you are overextended most of the time, and vulnerable to double squad stacks.
In the end you are forced to keep FOB at original super FOB location, because map is under lockdown because enemy recon has 4-5 guys roaming map, hearing and avoiding your forces.
But that is what happens if enemy is organized and competent.
Like Chuva said, way to many variables are on the field.
Also CnC is pretty terrible for organized games.

I always find it beneficial on maps that as heavily forested as yamalia to have top gunners on the tanks to prevent suprise lats
Yep and that's an enemy jet coming up above us dropping bombs, we're dead, we are de-
