Not quite used to 3ds max but it seems like a nice and easy 3d modelling software
Going to redo this just one more time to get it better and actually make it in 3ds max 9.
Was not shure how to properly model this part he he

It is good to see somebody is making this scope.
The complex shape of this scope makes it hard to get a good model. The hardest part is definitely to get get all the smooth curves looking good. If you can, try to make a high poly model and bake normal maps onto a low(er)-poly model.
