Game doesn't launch

When i type in password and everything it says either password not correct or it just stays at Connecting to profile. This only happened after i updated to 1.5.3 it worked before.

Hey, I've had the same problem the whole morning. Updated to 1.5 and did a complete reinstall. I also disabled all firewalls but the issue persists. I can retrieve my accounts but I when I try to login it just stays in the "connecting to profile" screen.

Is the masterserver down?

it actually worked for me i believe what i did was just type my password check Remember Password at first it didn't work but then i restarted the launcher and it worked for me hopefully that helped you guys.

it worked for me doing this but every time i load the game and on the menu screen my game CTD... !

That's no longer relevant, The issue this solves is fixed in 1.5.3.3. I'm deleting my post.
Do not mess with this file.
