So we know that in WW2 not everyone had a radio, only between commanders and high ranks, so the 'normal soldiers' should not be able to communicate like that with their squad, only squad leaders/commander. Yeah, i know, most of you won't like this idea but it's just a suggestion.. and this would make squad members of a squad more united, and it would be more interesting to see everyone staying together and playing as a team, not lonewolfing etc.. yeah i know, there's squad chat, but it's not that easy to write there.
Maybe if you don't want to add it 100% you could remove sq radio for a while after you release the mod, and if people don't like it add it back..
No squad radio maybe?

No. People will just use teamspeak instead. This isn't ARMA.

Re: No squad radio maybe?
Well depends on the nation and time period.
US Army had radios on the squad level. Germany usually at the platoon level, with wire connections to squad positions. Russian units sometime only had radios at the batalion HQ.

I would probably use discord with my squad then not having squad radios seems like a very bad idea....my opinion though
