error 1322 win 10 please help

hi (I'm going to use te google traductor for moments i talk onli spanish i no so god talking english sorry)
i open te pr launcher and click the start botton,,later i select mi OFFLINE account (since I did not have internet at that time)the normal mensagge appears,''searching udaptes'' and later ''launching game'' but the problem is in this moment te mensagge disappears (with the normal way) but this mensagge appears ''launch errorerror verifyng profile settings.please confirm the profile files are not read only and try again. if the problem continues,try resseting all profiles to default in the options menu'',the frist thing i do,is reset the profiles,thi's not function,later i try to remove the only-read option of he profiles files.but i cant(in my attempts to do so I reach the conclusion that I should use the command or cdm tablet, I will reach this conclusion after investigating all the options to remove the read-only option)in my last desperate attempt,this not worked or help in my orrible problem,i use my vyrus detecter to analize the pr files,and no file was being taken as a virus or quarantined,later i try to create a new offline account and i cant with a error 2005 creating the account,la ter i search in the forum of pr i search the solution,the solutions (not very well explained but they understand) they did help,I do not know what else to do,please help
