10060 error

Post by CochoSGO »

I searched the fórums and couldn't find an answer to my problem.

Since Thursday I'm unable to login into PR because of the 10060 error. One of my clanmates has this issue too.

The only way we could get around this problema is by using a VPN, though, to me, this isn't a permanent solution. The game ran fine for months and this issue came from nowhere.

The whole VPN things kinda makes me discard the posibility of the source being the PR main servers.

start -> run -> cmd:
nslookup ms.prm.so

if it fails, you need to change your DNS to something better, like 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8. Google how to do that.

Thanks. The cmd solution didn't work for me so I'm gonna try out changing the DMS. Any ideas what is causing the problema itself?

The cmd isn't a solution, it's a test. If it fails your internet provider is offering you shit DNS and you should just use something else like Google 8.8.8.8 or cloudflare 1.1.1.1
