Critical Error after update

Help please. This error came out after updating to version 1.6

Can you do a clean full reinstall of .NET?

Win 7. Yes, i deleted net framework. After uninstallation installed NET Framework 4.0.30319

We see a couple of people with this problem but we don't know the cause. Did you change .NET configurations somehow?

I fixed the error. By setting NET Framework 4.6. Thank you!
