Cant sign in to servers and Post to forum

My power went out and when I went to sign back into a server

I get this Game message:

The server refused connection. Possible reasons
- your Client lost connection to the log in server
- The server requires a higher PR account level

Then I checked the support forum at realitymod.com and I can't post there for some reason?
posting is locked to me? ( I created this one to post)

Is there a fix for this or is something going on? I noticed servers were low for a Saturday.
