2.500 ping on PRTA & HOG

few days after D word attack, HOG and PRTA shows 2.500 Ping at Lobby, so i can't join the server. can be solved by using VPN but the in match ping are peaking to 500+; pls give me solution

2500 ping means the request is timing out. You would have to contact them to find out why. Other than that could only suggest to get a better VPN.

I have some problem about 2,500 ping on some server (HOG & PRTA to be exact) its start happening few days ago after play in co-op server. As I went to deployment, I saw 2,500 ping on HOG, I thought it was the effect of D attacking and decide to let it go as it will be come back normal in the next day.

As I try to join the HOG (O3) in the next day, there is 2-3 second delay and a message appear "You have failed to connect. Please check your network connection[s] and try again". I check my internet connection, and its still perfectly running. Then I went to another server (except HOG & PRTA), I can join with no problem at all.

Is the new Optimization set on the HOG & PRTA have something to do with this ? or there is another problem/error ?

Talked to PRTA admin and their server is currently not public and not reachable by anyone, it just still shows in the server list. As for HOG, we will have to wait for them to answer.

You’re going to need a better VPN with a location close to you. I recommend PIA or ExpressVPN. You’re ISP and one of our transit providers is in disagreement for whatever reason which we don’t really have a say in unfortunately.
