PR Mumble Not Launching from Launcher Options

Pretty much as the title says. New PC, installed PR to play and forgot that I had to change my input/output devices. So I launched mumble, did that, and then when I tried to play a game I couldn't join any squads and there was a little symbol on the right side of the screen that made me think my mumble was disconnected. And then when I quit the app to try and fix it, mumble wouldn't launch.
