Debug assertion failed! (RendDX9)

Just got new PC and installed PR,
I have tried installing dx9 and msvisual C from 2005-2022 x86 and x64 still got the issue

If your PC has an Intel Xe or ARC GPU, then please update the driver.

If there's an AMD/Nvidia discrete GPU, then use it instead to avoid renddx9 crashes.
Find the "graphics setting" menu

Click browse, then find the PRBF2.exe executable and add it (by default it's on C:\Program Files (x86)\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2)
Click on the PRBF2.exe entry and switch it to "high performance" and save it

I already tried changing to high performance but its still the same, is there another method?
