I cant create a game profile

Its my first time trying to play pr. After installation, I tried to create a profile, for which I received this
What should i do? I can't find a solution to this problem on the internet

How does your username look like? If it contains strange (non unicode) characters then I guess it will throw that error.

My username is Irina , just with russian letters.

Could you check on your ProjectReality folder on Documents, are the files there or is it just empty?
