game stucks at 0% loading forever

When I deploy in any server it it seem to remain in 0% loading screen. Reinstalling and updating didn't fix the problem

What anti-virus do you have?

Microsoft Defender Antivirus

No this is the only software I use

AFAIK such an issue can be caused only by an agressive anti-virus, such as Avast (definitely not windows defender). Look for any anti viruses on your PC which you might not be aware of at the moment.
