3D Scopes - Lee Enfield No. 4
This is more of a test for the ability to animate other moving parts and how they look like in '3d scope' mode.

Might also be worth mentioning, that blur doesn't render in the editor.

keep it up.
People don't realize that autism doesn't mean they're "stupid". Just socially inept. Like rhino... > > or in a worst case scenario... Wicca. =)- Lithium fox
I found this sentence quite funny and since this is a war game forum I will put it here. No offense to the french just a good laugh.
"Going to war without France is like going deer hunting without an accordion. All you do is leave behind a lot of noisy baggage."

I don't think that all scoped rifles should have peripheral vision enabled. In sniper rifles it feels kinda unrealistic and unnecessary as it's meant for long range engagements only. And for insurgency weapons it would need both appropriate scopes and enough training, which may not be available for unconventional factions.

Good job Chuc, im really looking forward to the 3D scopes!
But would this here be possible?:
I think it might be interesting to leave it out for sniperrifles at least. And maybe other weapons/fractions as well.

Or is it a question of all need to have either the new or the old scope?clueless_noob;bt3948 wrote:I don't think that all scoped rifles should have peripheral vision enabled. Will we also get a blur effect on iron-sighted weapons?
Nice job though, looks nice. Only thing is that the scope itself being opaque before sighting in, and also the switch to the scoped 'model' is accompanied by an awkward change (look at 0:02 just before the sight turns transparent and you become sighted in; you'll see the original model replaced by an ironsight SMLE that looks like it's being held farther out, then that is replaced by the proper 3d scope model).
Is it possible to fix this (perhaps the second part is an editor thing), or might it be good to cover it up with a "blink" (screen turns black just long enough to mask the change)?
