In my opinion, the EO-Tech texture is good, still needs some levels but still good. To make the glass, you should duplicate the glass faces and create a new group only for the glass, in this group, you must do a totally black texture and put the group in aditive mode in your 3d modelling program. Looks hard but it's pretty easy to do.

remember that you cannot see the eotech reticule until you line it up with your eye

(not sure if that was wht glimerman was posting).

@Halvor, I havent had any luck yet finding someone to do the specular and normal map for the texture, did you?

uvmaps please?
I'll skin it aswell and do some spec and norm maps.

The skin's alright, i like the hand guards alot, the other parts could use work imo.
