In my opinion, the EO-Tech texture is good, still needs some levels but still good. To make the glass, you should duplicate the glass faces and create a new group only for the glass, in this group, you must do a totally black texture and put the group in aditive mode in your 3d modelling program. Looks hard but it's pretty easy to do.

I'll skin it aswell and do some spec and norm maps.
The skin's alright, i like the hand guards alot, the other parts could use work imo.
