we already have a lot of maps with US, why more? new factions will need new map, leave it for them

I believe that they have solved it
  • Bending the engine to stop bending:
    the PR team has found a way to inhibit morphing of the terrain by the BF2 engine. With few small tweaks the terrain will be near static with high resolution. So far the fixes have been proven to be effective and now we are looking at the efficacy and efficiency on game play and video card demand - stay tuned!

Ive been waiting this kinda map so long, hopefully it wont be so heavy as your Korengal but hopefully well get those 500m engagements with tracers flying around good example is OP Archer. Cant wait to call in Apaches!

It's already decided to be US, even though the Germans are stationed there IRL. Though, CRF extended an invitation for the German faction to use the map, he just won't wait on them to finish.

Doesnt mean its going to be the US force on the map. This maps still way off as RL has gotten in the way. You'll need to stop worrying what factions on the map, doesn't really matter.
