Here is pretty good basic tutorial how to do uv unwrap with 3dsmax9. Just remember, If you want some object to be more detailed then you must make it bigger in UV sheet. :)

EDIT: After that you can apply AO map to it to give more realistic texture with shadows.

Thanks, but i use blender and dont worry about it i know how to do it, i?ve already done textures like this for the polish faction

Looks great.

Maybe add more dust or dry brow grease too make it look more "coming from the battle".

I finally finished the model, i made a couple of changes and updated th texture, also a base was made for the model andi added a narmal map

Heavy low-poly, but I think it will work in game, just remember to add next time more curves. Texture is good.

Regarding curves and lowpoly, you need to prepare LOD variants now. When that will be done we can think about colmeshes. Do you need any tips or You know how to handle it?

Hi, the holidays have kept me bussy (they are a big deal in colombia) but i managed to make the LOD models of RWS and modify texture to use it on these here are a couple of pictures showing the tris count on each

I think You should remove 426 LOD (I mean You can leave it, but it does not look necessary) and add 1 more UGLY-LOD with tris below 100, or even 50.
