No, there is no shotgun mounting for the Steyr. The only reason the 40mm GLA attaches to the Steyr is because a special proprietary bracket was constructed for it.

Not sure it would need a proprietary bracket if it could be attached like the GLA

Will the F88 with the Swarovski sights get a 1.5x zoom like IRL?
You said it would be the ironsight version so I'm confused.
Also, is it not possible with the BF2 engine to avoid seeing the tunnel of the sights? I know when you look into a real scope, since it's a bunch of lenses, you can't see inside of the actual tube, you just see the picture that the last lense amplifies.

ironsight version could actually be the same model, just using the sights that are along the top of the 1.5 scope.
Or for the NSN Acog, the sights that are on that (if the F88A3 is being modeled)
Let me see.
Officers get 1.5x scopes
Specialist gets 1.5
Soldier 1 gets 1.5
Soldier 2 gets Acog 4x
Medic gets 1.5
Heck.. Officer gets ACOG choice too?
and of course the AR gets Acog or Elcan
That would be how I would see it?

25m? How useless.
Could of saved money by having a permo mark the direction of the gun. lol

No point in doing the HB and 9mm versions of the Steyr, the Australian Army don't use them.
The only version we do use is the Carbine, which simply has a shorter barrel.

Well your looking at the old version. Read through the thread if you want to see the completed weapon.

on the non optic version is it possible to put a 1x to 2x. zoom on it.
Just to prove a point to the rest of the community, that you can still use have a zoom of that scale and still be extremely effective in close quarters and on top of that being able to compete with optic's at mid range.
Iv done research on the these zoom’s and iv found that it will only chop off a small amount of you field of view, and which you are extremely unlikely to ever use when you are room clearing or doing other things.

The sight itself only has a field of view about 1/4-1/3 of your field of view, but it is possible to position your eye so it's far enough away that you keep a fair bit of your field of vision. The battle sights on top are for close in work though, with them you get all your field of vision.
