Probably, probably not we will need a DEV to tell us

Why would it be?

The video shows the flyovers are possible and PR's already got the JDAM system.

PDH on Fh2 has fly overs.

The Cobra and Huey would be the prime way of delivering CAS via helicopter, but for fixed-wing, the A-37 should be the primary weapon.

A-37 should get it's 7.62 minigun, two AIM-9s, 2 rocket pods, and 4 Mk82s.

i dunno man, i don't think the A-37 represents close air in Vietnam well enough. i reckon either the skyhawk, super sabre, or maybe the skyraider. hey, maybe all three haha

Fixed it for you :D .

A lot of the planes they used in Vietnam would be awesome to include, but I think the Bronco would be a good choice since it can operate off of the amphibious assault ships. So in a map with water, you could have the LHA/LHD, and have the Hueys and maybe one Bronco spawn on it. The Bronco could just have it's guns and rockets, and could mark targets with WP rockets, or attack with it's regular rockets and M60s.

If were not going to have lots of aircraft then there is no point in this PR:Vietnam imo. Vietnam had huge amounts of air and it would be a shame to make it infantry only sorta like PR Bf2.

aye, or we could just have area attacks (if there's an area attack that includes an aircraft) and just have it available alot more. that'd settle the dilemmas of what aircraft to have but also whether or not to include an airbase or carrier of some kind.

He said the second world war without the Germans or the Japs - which leaves the Italians against the allies ;)

*edit*
Too many Vehicles = Vanilla gameplay.

It's CAS guys - Close Air SUPPORT. If half the team are CAS, who are they supporting? The single 6 man Infantry squad?

Will bombs have same blast radius as regular PR since this mod is based off of PR? Because with dumb bombing the aircraft will probably fly lower and accidently blow themselves up quite a bit with current PR bomb blast radius... Unless bombs are parachute retarded. And will the AIM-7 Sparrow be included to complement the AIM-9 Sidewinder?

I would love to see a map called operation linebacker with gameplay similar to battle of Britain from bf42. I could see that being a classic :) .

PS where can we apply to help work for the mod? If you guys need any help with mapping or coding I would love to lend a hand. This idea seems very cool and I think I have come to terms with the fact that it is definitely not an april fools joke...
