Most people believe only US or Britian have the best soldiers cause of the media, sure they train a lot. But a lot of soldiers of 3rd world nations have a ton of experience in fighting, they are constantly at war. Back in the 80's information was not as widespread as it is today. Today, because of internet and technology. All the information is shared, if 3rd world country soldiers have the ammo for range practice, knowledge, food and health & combined with training drills. They end up being as "elite" as US Delta operators.

Most people don't know this, but the ancestors of Pashtuns who are considered Taliban in Afghanistan actually taught the British the use of camouflage. This occurred during the First Anglo-Afghan War. Britain were using the red uniforms they always had. They adopted the Tan/green colored uniforms after realizing how effective camouflage was which the Pashtuns were already using.
